Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in monthly closings, account reconciliations, asset administration, and staff supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Ensure monthly and year-end closings * Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts * Manage accounts payable and records of accounts receivable, reimbursements, credits, special deposits, and property tax payments * Responsible for vendor and bank account reconciliations * Administer fixed assets * Review monthly expense reports and analyze trends * Conduct semi-annual and annual audits of relevant departments * Prepare reports for financial management * Supervise administrative staff Requirements: * Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures * Ability to work independently * Ability to prepare accurate reports in a timely manner * Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc. * Knowledge and proficiency in using personal computers and software applications (CONTPAQ, CONTALINK, etc.) We Offer: * Statutory benefits * IMSS registration * Nominal weekly salary * Free uniforms * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Opportunity for growth Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 2 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
