Company dedicated to the **management of houses and condominiums in San Miguel de Allende**, with **over 10 years of experience**, is seeking to integrate **professional and committed talent** into its team. **Job Objective:** Manage, control, and supervise the accounting of the company dedicated to the management of houses and condominiums, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, compliance with tax obligations, and timely submission of reliable accounting information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records for the company. * Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements. * Monitor income and expenses arising from property management. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Supervise payments for services, maintenance, and suppliers of managed properties. * Prepare and file tax returns with the relevant authorities. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and administrative obligations. * Prepare financial reports for owners and management. * Coordinate internal or external audits when required. * Safeguard and organize accounting and tax documentation. * Support the preparation of budgets and financial projections. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree and professional license). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general accounting. * Age: Over 30 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Knowledge of tax and administrative accounting. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in service companies, real estate, or property management is desirable. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Financial analysis capability. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Clear and effective communication. * Commitment. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $10,000 to $14,000 based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
