As a Telephone Operator, you will perform the following duties: \* Route internal calls. \* Send faxes and messages to internal and external customers. \* Connect external phone calls. \* Locate staff members via radio. \* Provide accurate information about the property and surrounding area to internal and external customers. \* Channel guest needs to the appropriate department. \* Provide wake-up call service to guests and staff. \* Support internal and external general emergencies. \* Confirm executive shifts with involved parties. \* Prepare daily reports.
