The selected candidate will be responsible for settling costs associated with transportation services, ensuring correct application of rates, data handling and documentation, and financial reporting. This position is ideal for individuals with analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: * Settle transportation costs based on information provided by operational areas. * Verify that all rates and costs are correctly applied. * Coordinate with finance and operations departments. * Comply with internal procedures and regulations to ensure proper process flow. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields; or currently pursuing such a degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or logistics roles, preferably in the transportation sector or similar. * Proficiency in Office tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Teamwork capability and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
