Responsibilities: * Perform settlement of transportation costs based on information provided by operational departments. * Verify that all rates and costs are correctly applied. * Coordinate closely with finance and operations departments. * Comply with internal procedures and regulations to ensure proper process flow. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields; or currently pursuing such a degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or logistics roles, preferably within the transportation sector or similar industries. * Proficiency in Office tools (advanced Excel is a plus). * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Teamwork capability and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
