At SEPIVER, we seek a committed, organized, and service-oriented individual to fill the position of Human Capital Manager, primarily focused on operational personnel management within assigned services. **Job Objective** Coordinate and execute operational recruitment processes, onboarding, and physical and digital file control; prepare deliverables for clients; provide support to operational staff; and timely manage labor separation processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and human capital service quality. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. (Degree mandatory) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and INFONAVIT regulations. * Demonstrable experience in operational recruitment (security guards, supervisors, field positions). * Experience in organizing and maintaining physical and digital personnel files. * Ability to generate deliverables, reports, and operational information required by clients. * Ability to manage terminations, resignations, and labor separation processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital platforms. * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and capacity to resolve labor incidents. * Preferred: Prior experience managing operational teams of approximately 150 personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end coordination of operational recruitment, including telephone screening, interviews, and document validation. * Posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting screenings, and ensuring timely coverage of operational positions. * Compiling, organizing, and updating physical and digital files of assigned personnel. * Preparing client-required deliverables and reports (hires, transfers, status updates, reports). * Providing direct support to operational staff, assisting with inquiries, incidents, and basic administrative procedures. * Executing termination, resignation, and labor separation processes, ensuring due process and regulatory compliance. * Maintaining orderly documentation and supporting internal human capital audits. * Ensuring effective communication among corporate offices, supervisors, and operational staff to guarantee service continuity. **HOME OFFICE** **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development opportunity **Salary** $15,000 Monthly net Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
