Responsibilities: * Conduct job analysis and/or develop position profiles. * Post vacancies on job boards. * Internal and external dissemination. * Proficiency in employee referral program. * Screen resumes and applications. * Conduct interviews (telephone and in-person). * Validate and coordinate security screening. * Prepare and present shortlists. * Track candidates throughout the hiring process. * Submit salary proposals. * Create personnel files. * Manage new hire onboarding and orientation. * Generate vacancy coverage and status reports. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (degree certificate and professional license required).
