We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our team as the first point of contact at our pet wellness center—**delivering exceptional service** while maintaining a warm and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for greeting pet guardians and their companion animals, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and supporting the daily operational organization of the clinic. Requirements: * **Education:** Technical degree * **Customer Service and/or Reception Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles, ideally in veterinary clinics, pet wellness centers, hotel front desks, or customer service positions. * **Organization and Proactivity:** Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize activities, and maintain an orderly work environment. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically. * **Passion for Serving Companion Animals:** Love and respect for companion animals, along with commitment to their well-being. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency with appointment management software (Wix or Google Calendar), billing systems (Squenda), and communication tools such as email and WhatsApp. * **Positive and Service-Oriented Attitude:** Solution-focused mindset, friendly demeanor, and willingness to learn and adapt to diverse situations. * **Schedule Flexibility:** Availability to cover shifts according to the clinic’s needs. Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Greet pet guardians and their companion animals courteously and professionally, guiding them according to their needs (consultations, grooming, emergencies, etc.). * **Appointment Management:** Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments for medical consultations, surgeries, grooming, and other services. * **Efficient Communication:** Respond promptly and effectively to phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and hours. * **Recordkeeping and Documentation:** Maintain organized client and patient records, keep the clinic’s database up to date, and ensure appropriate follow-up for each case (we use the Squenda CRM system). * **Service Sales and Promotion:** Provide detailed information about clinic services, promote wellness packages and programs, and identify opportunities for additional sales (cross-selling). * **Administrative Support:** Perform administrative tasks including billing, service payment collection, tracking of outstanding payments, and assisting with file and document organization. * **Internal Collaboration:** Work closely with the medical team, groomers, and other staff members to ensure every guardian and companion animal has a positive and seamless experience. ***If you meet the profile***, please *apply through this channel so we can contact you via WhatsApp to schedule an in-person interview.* Starting salary will be determined based on skills and competencies.
