Your responsibilities include:* Driving the **Annual Procurement Operation Plan (APOP)** for the plant. * Leading and coaching a high‑performing procurement team. * Delivering material productivity through **negotiation, QVE, Change of Supplier (COS), and Supply Base Optimization (SBO)**. * Building strong partnerships with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance. * Collaborating with **regional and global Category teams** to execute category strategies. * Conducting cost variance analysis (**AOC – Analysis of Change**) and implementing corrective actions. * Ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies and internal controls. * Driving digitization and data\-driven improvements to modernize Procurement processes. * **Working on a hybrid schedule in Mexico City**, coordinating both on‑site operations and virtual engagements with global teams.
