VACANCY: Freelance Operational Recruiter Job Description: A recruitment agency invites recruitment and selection professionals to join its external team of collaborators under a freelance model. We seek goal-oriented individuals with autonomous management capabilities and a focus on hiring quality for operational and administrative positions. **Responsibilities:** * Posting vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms. * Resume screening and initial interviews. * Candidate support from first contact through to effective onboarding. * Periodic progress reporting and continuous communication with the coordination team. Commission and Bonus Structure The payment model is designed to reward candidate effectiveness and retention: **1\. Payment upon Effective Onboarding (Released on the third business day):** * Operational positions: $700 MXN. * Administrative positions: $800 to $1,000 MXN (depending on profile). **2\. Retention Bonus (30-Day Work Completion):** * Additional $400 MXN for each candidate who completes 30 effective working days. **3\. Weekly Productivity Bonuses (Monday–Friday Cycle):** * For 2 weekly onboards: additional $300 MXN. * For 3 weekly onboards: additional $600 MXN. * For 4 or more weekly onboards: additional $1,000 MXN. **4\. Quality Bonuses:** * Additional $500 bonus for recruitment process follow-up and commitment.
