Manage and ensure the hotel operates efficiently and effectively during the night shift, guaranteeing smooth operations across all areas (Events, F&B outlets, Banquets, Kitchen, Public Areas, Maintenance, Stewarding, Waitstaff, etc.), while validating that all departments consistently meet quality standards as defined by brand policies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in inventory audits, expense control, room blocking, rate plans, and rate codes. * Positive attitude. * Experience in customer service.
