A major company is seeking, due to expansion: "Monitoring Assistant" Your main responsibilities will be: \-Support the Security Manager in managing Security and Custody service providers \-Invoice control, report preparation, invoice review, communication with providers \-Preparation of reports for the Operations Management team \-Consolidation of invoices for the Finance Department. \-Tracking payments to providers. \-Operation of CCTV software \-Responding to internal department requests to investigate incidents using CCTV recordings \-Preparation of incident reports \-Monitoring CCTV for incident detection and reporting.
