Electronic development company seeks a **Level 2 Technician** **Requirements** * **Education:** Engineering intern, senior technician, or self-taught professional with verifiable certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, etc.). 3 years in technical support or systems administration. * **English:** Technical level (reading manuals and writing reports). * Minimum **3 to 4 years** in technical support or systems administration. * **Virtualization and Cloud:** Experience with VMware, Azure, AWS, or similar environments. * Flexible schedule availability **Main Responsibilities** * Handle and resolve Level 1 technical escalations within established SLAs. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers and infrastructure. * Collaborate with field or Development teams to resolve critical issues. * Participate in implementing new technology projects for clients. * Keep the internal knowledge base (Knowledge Base) up to date. * **Network Diagnostics:** Solid knowledge of protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and network hardware configuration. * **Systems Administration:** Intermediate/advanced proficiency with Windows Server and Linux environments (CLI). **WE OFFER** * Workplace location: Col.
