




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Certified or Intern Accountant to manage accounting records, calculate taxes, and perform bank reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in accounting records and fixed assets control 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi and knowledge of the SAT portal 3. Preparation of tax working papers and cost of goods sold calculation *Requirements:* * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Certified) or Intern (Title application in progress) * Age: Between 22 and 45 * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience *Competencies:* * Ability to work under pressure * Proactive * Organized * Results-oriented * Analytical, adherence to policies and procedures *Responsibilities:* * Accounting records and fixed assets control * Calculation of state and federal taxes for legal entities * Bank reconciliations * Journal entry recording * CONTPAQi operation * Accounting (MANDATORY) * Reconciliation and review of issued and received XML invoices against accounting records * Preparation of tax working papers (VAT, Income Tax, Special Tax on Production and Services, Withholdings) * Extensive experience with VAT rates: 16% and 0% * Intermediate Excel (MANDATORY – Pivot Tables) * Filing of informative returns (DIOT–IEPS) * Cost of goods sold calculation * Payroll Income Tax calculation * Strong familiarity with the SAT portal *Benefits:* * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
