




***Human Resources Generalist / Personnel Administration*** **REQUIREMENTS**: Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Pedagogy or related field Experience in pre\- payroll / payroll Proficiency in Office, SAP and Intermediate / Advanced Excel Payroll processing, application and preparation: 3 to 5 years Knowledge of the legal framework governing payroll, including employee income tax (ISR), employee IMSS contributions, and employee INFONAVIT contributions Experience handling onboarding and offboarding processes in person Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law Must be available to work night shifts at least once per month **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Consolidate, enter and manage accurately and timely all payroll-related incidents in the payroll system according to the corporate-established processing calendar (overtime, incentives, bonuses, salary adjustments, personnel movements, reporting line changes, organizational charts, severance settlements, terminations, etc.), ensuring accurate records and compliance with internal policies and legal labor obligations. Advise employees regarding vacation procedures, payroll payments, mobile devices, savings fund loans, personnel movement forms and/or changes or new positions, as well as any other matters related to benefits and entitlements, to ensure timely and proper execution of established administrative procedures.
