




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage attendance control, recruitment, staff evaluation, personnel file organization, and administrative support in HR. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation and database management **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR. Experience in SUA and IDSE is desirable. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\)** Attendance control for staff and management of staff with attendance incidents. **2\)** Staff recruitment. **3\)** Verification of staff training, evaluation, and performance. **4\)** Creation and organization of staff files. **5\)** SIROC transactions. **6\)** Filing and organizing documents—both physical and digital—including emails, receipts, reports, and other administrative documents. **7\)** Processing and recording information by updating databases or computerized files. **8\)** Monthly closings. **9\)** Support in activities, birthday decorations, wallpaper, and commemorative date information.
