Personnel administration and HR processes **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources Department through the execution of administrative and operational activities related to talent management, ensuring the proper execution of recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel administration processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and maintenance of personnel files for new hires. * Management of employee onboarding and offboarding. * Preparation of employer letters, employment certificates, and administrative minutes. * Vacation tracking and control. * Uniform inventory control and distribution. * Database management and updates. * Weekly report preparation. * Support during internal audits. * Payroll slip distribution and tracking. * Support in weekly and biweekly payroll processing. * Payroll management and control in Excel. * Employee payments. * Publication of job vacancies according to each department’s needs. * Candidate screening and interview scheduling. * Conducting structured, unstructured, and competency-based interviews. * Development of job descriptions. * Hiring personnel in accordance with organizational requirements. * Delivery of induction courses and training (onboarding). * Implementation of active breaks. * Workplace climate assessment. * Follow-up and support for new hires. * Conflict mediation and resolution. * Management of employment terminations. * Turnover and absenteeism analysis. * Ongoing follow-up and support for employees. * Issuance of identification cards and internal materials (bulletin boards, forms, folders, etc.). * Support in organizing internal events and celebrations. * Support in vaccination campaigns. **We Offer** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Cafeteria service * Job stability **Work Location:** Xalostoc, 10 minutes from the “Y” intersection on Vía Morelos.
