Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Minimum one year in an HR role (desirable). Knowledge and Experience: * Mass recruitment. * In-person and digital employee support (2 years). * Recruitment platforms (1 year). * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Selection platforms (psychometric tests) (1 year). * Advanced personnel file administration. * Employee database management for 200 employees. * Contract and document preparation. * Payroll. * Administrative functions including archiving and documentation control.
