




**Job Objective** Execute and monitor HR operational processes, ensuring administrative control of personnel, compliance with internal policies, payroll support, and proper attention to employees, thereby contributing to operational stability and strengthening organizational culture. Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office Monday to Friday / remote on Saturday) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday (remote): 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: MXN $12,000 net per month (initial amount) **Key Responsibilities** * Incident tracking and pre-payroll support. * Administration and updating of employee files. * Tracking of vacations, leaves of absence, and absences. * Support in recruitment processes (job posting, candidate screening, and interviews). * Drafting internal announcements. * Organizing internal events and team-building activities. * Supporting training programs and internal campaigns. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred). * Basic knowledge of payroll and incident management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Clear communication. * Handling of confidential information. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and task follow-up.
