Main Responsibilities: * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Screen resumes according to the requested profile. * Conduct initial interviews (in-person or telephone). * Schedule interviews with the requesting department. * Compile candidate files. * Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process. * Update candidate databases. * Support hiring and onboarding processes. * Prepare basic reports on filled and pending vacancies. Job Requirements: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment (operational or administrative). * Basic knowledge of interviewing and selection screening. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Desired experience in mass recruitment.
