




The profile we are seeking is oriented toward: A service-oriented attitude, carrying out the recruitment, selection, and hiring process; preparing and analyzing recruitment and media effectiveness reports; monitoring and ensuring staffing coverage and file control; preparing pre-payroll and payroll. Administrative support, payments, collections, etc. If you hold a completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields, and meet the following requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment * Knowledge of digital recruitment channels * Empathetic, team-oriented, and frustration-tolerant Your challenges within the team will be: * Timely and appropriate handling of employee requests; maintaining up-to-date HR records; and driving process improvements. * Responsible for administering and controlling daily People Service operations (hiring, personnel changes, separations, employee concerns). * Following up on and responding to employee and leadership concerns. * Ensuring proper documentation—including contracts, termination letters, and annexes—for all employees. * Consolidating absenteeism data for payroll reporting. * Managing talent integration with internal departments. * Developing procedures and proposing improvements. * Maintaining effective and efficient working relationships. * Reporting any anomalies, areas for improvement, or risks. * Monitoring employee performance.
