A major French company specializing in calibration services for measurement instruments in the industrial sector is seeking: Finance Assistant Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting functions (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level), basic knowledge of billing portals and bank reconciliations. * English (preferred) Responsibilities: * Support in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Support in performing bank reconciliations and recording accounting entries. * Support in expense control and cash flow management. * Organization and safekeeping of financial documentation. * Assistance with monthly closings and operational reporting. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Support in managing client portals.
