You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring a luxury experience for our clients, and providing organizational support for administrative and personal tasks. Main Responsibilities: § Flawless planning and execution of each event § 100% event coordination § Supervision of setup, vendors, and timelines § Personalized attention to clients and their guests § Immediate resolution of unforeseen issues § Staff supervision during events Business Operations § Calendar and reservation management § Coordination with vendors § Basic inventory control § Payment and pending item follow-up § Supervision of cleanliness and presentation standards Executive / Administrative Support § Calendar organization § Personal reservations and arrangements § Follow-up on administrative pending items § Logistics and procurement assistance as needed Salary: $15,000–$18,000 gross monthly + statutory benefits (Paid biweekly, 100% registered with IMSS) Location: Montes Rocallosos 600, Residencial San Agustín 2° Sector San Pedro Garza García and Home Office (Hybrid arrangement) Schedule availability Position type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
