Compliance with the construction schedule and quality standards **Vacancy: Construction Site Resident Analyst** At **Servyre**, we are looking for a **Construction Site Resident Analyst**, focused on control, monitoring, and operational support for road signage projects, who wishes to join a team committed to quality and goal achievement. **Job Objective** Provide technical and administrative support to the construction site residence through analysis, monitoring, and control of progress, costs, documentation, and reporting—ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, quality standards, and established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Support monitoring of physical and financial project progress. * Prepare and analyze progress reports, cost estimates, and cost control reports. * Review and organize technical documentation, logs, and field evidence. * Monitor material requisitions, suppliers, and contractors. * Support on-site activity supervision, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications. * Prepare periodic reports for the site residence and internal departments. * Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder or intern). * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in construction, site residence, or project control. * Knowledge of construction control, estimating, and reporting. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $12,700.00 * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional development. * Grocery vouchers. **Location:** Cuajimalpa, Mexico City. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday.
