Responsibilities in digital marketing and social media management. **Digital Marketing Assistant** **Location:** Reforma (**commute must not exceed 1.5 hours)** A leading company in its sector is expanding and looking to integrate talent into its marketing department. **Required Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (internship candidate or incomplete degree accepted). * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Basic video editing (CapCut). * Fundamental knowledge of digital advertising. * Experience managing social media accounts, pages, or digital businesses. **Main Responsibilities** * Scheduling social media posts. * Writing copy for content and advertisements. * Responding to messages and comments. * Researching trends and proposing content ideas. * Assisting in the creation of Reels and TikToks. * Recording and tracking leads (prospects). * Supporting digital campaigns (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads). * Monitoring basic metrics. * Providing administrative support to the marketing department. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Online monitoring of social media. **Work Modality** * **Remote work (Home Office)** * **In-person attendance once per week** at offices located on **Paseo de la Reforma** **A personal computer and home internet connection are mandatory.** **We Offer** * Base salary of **$10,000 to $12,000 monthly**, depending on experience. * Life insurance. * Accident insurance. * Family telephonic medical assistance. * Gym membership (TotalPass). * Professional growth and development plan.
