Responsibilities: * Perform support tasks in the company’s daily administrative management. * Maintain order and filing of documents. * Manage internal and external communications. * Process and record information in computer systems. * Provide general administrative support to the team. Required Skills: * Prior experience in similar administrative tasks. * Handling of petty cash and cash reconciliation. * Reconciliations. * Inventory tracking. * Invoicing and payments. * Strong oral and written communication skills. Conditions: * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * Full-time contract, with possibility of indefinite-term contract. * Salary: $12,268.60 monthly gross plus $2,000 productivity bonus. * Weekly payment. * Social benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.
