




Job Summary: K&P Group is seeking a Construction Site Administrator to join its Operations Department, responsible for managing incidents, operational finances, and personnel administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of finance and payments in operational and administrative areas 2. Coordination and liaison with HR for personnel management 3. Due to growth in the Operations Department: Construction Site Administrator Required Knowledge, Responsibilities, and Skills: 1. Weekly nominal incident reporting 2. Consolidation of petty cash (deductible and non-deductible) for the operational area and general administrative cash fund. 3. Preparation of the weekly payment plan 4. Operational staff per diems and Non-Deductible Expenses (transportation support, reimbursements, or other expenses without invoices) 5. Submission of payment execution receipts and organization of files and/or documents generated during the week. 6. Monthly revenue projection and invoicing 7. Invoice request submission 8. Invoice collection follow-up 9. Control of campsite (camp) payments 10. Liaison with HR regarding personnel matters. Requirements: - Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) - Intermediate Excel proficiency (3 years verifiable) - Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in team coordination, workforce template management, and personnel supervision. - Immediate availability to start work. - Prior experience administering construction projects and managing personnel.
