




A leading company in the professional nail application products market is seeking an **Accounting and Administrative Assistant**. Your main responsibility will be to enter accounting information using various work tools, contributing to the completion of the overall fiscal and financial closing process. We are looking for a candidate with an incomplete bachelor’s degree and/or technical specialization in Administration and/or Accounting, plus 2+ years of general work experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Download ERP reports and upload them to CONTPAQ via template to keep income records updated. * Review and follow up on discrepancies identified when comparing templates against the Accounts Receivable (CXC) module, ensuring reconciled information. * Compare issued documents against SAT digital tax stamps to reconcile income. * Send account statements to customers to inform them of their current balance. * Prepare cash flow reports to generate statistics supporting KPI reporting. * Archive Organic collections to generate statistics supporting KPI reporting. * Archive O’nails collections to keep receivables updated. * Send deposit account statements to O’nails so stores can release orders. * Assist in recording expenses to maintain updated financial information. * Perform ERP bank reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances. * Perform bank reconciliations to verify that account balances match bank statements. * Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure account balances match bank statements. * Assist in filing IVA (VAT) cash flow and pending items to reconcile balances between CONTPAQ and actual figures. * Record petty cash reimbursements, payroll payments, and loan disbursements to support cash flow tracking. * Carry out administrative tasks related to trade shows to help achieve commercial department objectives. * Support various administrative activities to meet departmental goals. **Desired Knowledge:** * Accounting * CONTPAQ * ERP systems * Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Emotional wellness benefits * Growth opportunities **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule possible).
