Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack Accountant to manage the accounting of multiple companies, ensuring tax compliance and timely financial reporting for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional growth In this role, you will be responsible for managing the **full accounting** for three legal entities, ensuring tax compliance, flawless financial organization, and delivery of **clear and timely reports** for strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Filing of monthly and annual tax returns (Income Tax and VAT). * Calculation and payment of tax withholdings, IMSS, and Infonavit contributions. * Recording and tracking of income and expenses. * Managing bank portals for payments and transactions. * Managing supplier payments. * Processing and disbursing payroll for approximately **30 people**. * Cash flow monitoring and control. * Preparation of reliable Financial Statements. * Proposing and implementing improvements to financial and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (internship status acceptable). * 2–3 years of experience. * Experience managing **multiple legal entities/companies** simultaneously. * Experience calculating and paying taxes, and filing monthly and annual tax returns. * Experience handling and generating payroll. * Experience using SAT, IMSS, and banking portals. * Proficiency in **ERP systems** (preferred), **Contpaq**, **Zoho**, and **Advanced Excel**. * Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills. **What We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary up to $22,000. * Two days of remote work per week. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth.
