If you have experience leading collections teams and are passionate about results, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** * Supervise, coordinate, and follow up with the telephone collections team. * Ensure achievement of recovery, contactability, and productivity targets. * Monitor calls to guarantee quality, adherence to scripts, and proper handling of objections. * Provide feedback, coaching, and continuous support to the team. * Train new hires and reinforce knowledge for active team members. * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement actions. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on collection results and progress. * Supervise proper portfolio management and follow-up on payment commitments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a telephone collections supervisor or coordinator. * Team management and leadership skills. * Knowledge of collections metrics (contactability, recovery, payment commitments). * Experience in call monitoring and team feedback. * Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency and report generation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. **What do we offer?** \-Gross monthly salary of $12,000 \-Benefits exceeding legal requirements \-Life insurance \-Work location: Gustavo A.
