Prior experience in retail store management and electronics departments (Mandatory). Prior experience in inventory management (Mandatory). Ability to handle sales reports and analysis (Mandatory). · Responsibilities: Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, sales, and customer service. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team by providing training and performance evaluations. Ensure high standards of store presentation and adherence to brand guidelines. Guarantee a positive customer experience and address customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate store restocking.
