This team partners closely with consulting teams and business stakeholders to deliver high\-impact presentation design and visual storytelling solutions. As part of the Workflow function, you will act as a key operational bridge between design teams and internal clients—ensuring design requests are scoped, prioritized, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high service standards. **WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM** As a Senior Design Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for design workflow intake and prioritization. You will manage resource allocation, monitor service\-level adherence, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Act as the primary intake point for design requests from consulting teams and business partners * Scope requests, align expectations, and assign work to designers based on priority and capacity * Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects * Monitor dashboards and track KPIs to ensure service\-level agreement (SLA) adherence * Troubleshoot workflow or process issues and implement quick, practical solutions * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow systems and processes * Communicate proactively with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain alignment * Mentor junior workflow team members on prioritization, scoping, and stakeholder management **ABOUT YOU** **Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * 6\+ years of experience as a workflow or project coordinator in a graphic design\-focused environment * Strong command of workflow/project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Monday, Jira or similar) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) * Fluency in written and spoken English * Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills * Experience managing intake, prioritization, and resource allocation * Ability to troubleshoot workflow/process issues and implement fast solutions **Nice to Have:** * Experience mentoring junior team members * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite * Exposure to professional services or corporate environments **WORKING MODEL** This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in\-office presence at least 2 days per week.
