This is your opportunity to contribute your talent to the purchasing area! **Position Objective:** Ensure the procurement of supplies and/or services required for the proper operation of the dealership. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and validate supplier invoices. * Prepare quotations in accordance with purchase orders. * Manage supplier onboarding and tracking. * Certify suppliers. * Support administrative and accounting activities. * Handle purchase requests from the maintenance department and other internal departments. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Supplier management and onboarding. * Quotation preparation and analysis of procurement options. * Expense review and control versus budget. * Negotiation skills. * Invoice management and payment tracking. * Internal customer service and external supplier relations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed, incomplete, or ongoing bachelor’s degree (preferably in administrative or related fields). **Experience:** * Internal and external customer service. * Decision-making and teamwork. * Administrative and procurement process tracking. **Attitude:** Organization, results orientation, responsibility, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. **What we offer:** * **Salary: $15,000 monthly gross**. * **Statutory benefits**. * **Food vouchers**. * **Life insurance**. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break).
