**Job Objective** Plan, direct, and control production operations, ensuring compliance with the production plan in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost, aligned with customer requirements and automotive industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise daily production operations. * Ensure compliance with the **production plan** and volume targets. * Guarantee adherence to **safety, quality, and process** standards. * Manage human, material, and equipment resources within the department. * Analyze and improve key performance indicators (**SQDC / KPIs**). * Implement **continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)**. * Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Logistics departments. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision (supervisors and staff). * Control operational costs, waste, and efficiency. * Conduct internal, external, and customer audits (IATF, OEM). * Manage engineering changes and launches of new projects. **Requirements** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree required). * Minimum **5 to 8 years** of production experience, preferably in the **automotive industry**. * Prior experience as **Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager, or Production Supervisor**. * Solid knowledge of production processes and automotive industry standards. * Leadership experience with operational teams and middle management. * Intermediate to advanced English (preferred). * Flexible working hours. **Technical Knowledge** * Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen. * Production control and line balancing. * SQDC metrics. * IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP (preferred). * Industrial safety. * Production costs and operational efficiency. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strategic and analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Conflict resolution. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. * Talent development. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability. * Opportunities for career growth.
