




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, purchasing, coordinating, monitoring, and managing advertising campaign budgets, while maintaining communication with clients and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market analysis and definition of advertising channels. 2. Negotiation with suppliers and media for advertising space. 3. Supervision and analysis of campaign results. **Main Responsibilities:** **Media Planning** * Analyze the market and target audience to define the most suitable channels (television, radio, print, digital, social media, etc.). * Develop detailed media plans including objectives, budget, timelines, and formats. **Advertising Space Purchase and Negotiation** * Contact and negotiate with suppliers and media to secure the best rates and terms. * Manage the purchase of advertising space, ensuring proper contracting and contract compliance. **Campaign Coordination and Supervision** * Supervise campaign execution across different media to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and formats. * Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies to adapt content for each channel. **Performance Monitoring and Analysis** * Track campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs (reach, impressions, conversions, etc.). * Generate performance reports to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements for future campaigns. **Budget Management** * Monitor the allocated media budget, ensuring efficient usage and preventing deviations. * Adjust plans and strategies based on financial availability and achieved results. **Internal and External Communication** * Maintain consistent communication with the client. * Represent the company before media and suppliers, strengthening business relationships. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.
