Interest in development within general services/facilities Position Objective Support the company's general services operations, ensuring proper facility functionality as well as monitoring of suppliers, supplies, and internal activities. Main Responsibilities: Support in coordinating general services (maintenance, cleaning, security, messenger services). Tracking maintenance requests and incidents. Basic control of office supply inventories. Support in supplier management and communication. Preparation of simple reports (costs, consumption, incidents). Support in organizing internal events. Monitoring basic facility and safety matters. What We Are Looking For? Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome) in Administration or related field. 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in administrative or similar activities. Intermediate Excel skills. Interest in developing a career in general services / facilities. Desired Knowledge Proficiency with organization and tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar). Basic understanding of data visualization in Power BI.
