If you know how to convert metrics into strategy—and strategy into results—this position is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and provide operational follow-up for the telephone collections team. * Ensure achievement of recovery, contactability, and productivity targets. * Monitor calls to guarantee quality, script adherence, and effective handling of objections. * Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support to the team. * Train new hires and reinforce knowledge among active team members. * Analyze KPIs and propose action plans focused on continuous improvement. * Prepare daily and weekly performance reports. * Supervise proper portfolio management and timely follow-up on payment commitments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telephone Collections Supervisor or Coordinator. * Proven experience leading work teams. * Proficiency in key collections metrics (contactability, recovery, payment commitments). * Experience in call monitoring and structured feedback. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills and report generation. * Strong results orientation and goal attainment focus. * Leadership, assertive communication, and decision-making skills. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 * Commissions * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * 20-day bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Savings plan * Affordable coffee * 100% on-site employment * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am – 8:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. **Interested?** **Apply through this channel.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
