At Grupo Fórmula, a leading media company, we are seeking an Administrative Analyst to provide key support to our national radio station operations, coordinating processes from Mexico City. This position is critical to ensuring proper administrative follow-up for personnel across multiple states, as well as accurate execution of payroll pre-processing. What will you do in this role? Continuously monitor administrative staff located across different states (all coordinated from CDMX). Ensure coverage of administrative tasks during incidents (absences, leaves, etc.). Prepare, validate, and follow up on payroll pre-processing. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. Control and record supplier payments. Prepare income, expense, and budget reports. Consolidate administrative and financial information. Follow up on pending items with teams located in various cities. Support audits and document control. Provide direct support to the Administrative Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Mandatory experience in payroll pre-processing (non-negotiable). Proficiency in Excel (minimum basic–intermediate level) (non-negotiable): Use of formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables and charts, filters, and data cross-referencing. Database management for tracking incidents and payroll pre-processing. Experience in invoicing and supplier payment management. High level of organization, follow-up capability, and attention to detail. Availability for operational work and continuous monitoring. Work arrangement: First 3 months are 100% on-site (for training and learning curve). Subsequently, the arrangement shifts to hybrid.
