




Position Summary: The company is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage payment-related inquiries, clarifications, database updates, support HR processes, and record incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Administration of government platforms and benefits A company dedicated to Human Capital Management, certified as a Great Place To Work, is looking for your talent as: **PAYROLL EXECUTIVE** **What would be your main responsibilities?** * Resolve inquiries regarding payments, payroll slips, and earnings. * Handle clarifications and requests such as employer letters or supporting documents. * Update databases with employee information. * Support hiring or separation processes. * Record incidents including absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, disabilities (including IMSS ST\-7 and ST\-2), and maternity/paternity leave. * Validate and upload information into payroll systems to ensure accuracy. * Administer government platforms such as IDSE and SUA. * Manage employee benefits. **What do we offer?** * Monthly base salary of $12,000 gross (under a mixed compensation scheme) * Food allowance ($400 weekly) * Mobile phone and computer equipment * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (Minor Medical Expense Insurance, Funeral Expense Insurance, benefits card and discounts, payroll advances and loans, savings fund) **Requirements**: \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field \- Degree holders * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience managing HR data for 250 employees **Working Schedule**: \- Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm \- On-site \- Saturdays, 09:00 am to 03:00 pm \- Remote **Work Location**: Atizapán, State of México.
