Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Operational Instructor to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs focused on process optimization and Salesforce. Key Highlights: 1. Combination of pedagogical skills and hands-on experience. We are looking for an Operational Instructor to work in-person at MCBrokers. We seek a dynamic and committed Operational Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on optimizing operational processes, with particular emphasis on Salesforce platform usage and leveraging. This position requires a combination of strong pedagogical skills, practical experience, and a proactive attitude toward talent development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop innovative and effective instructional materials for various operational training programs. Deliver in-person and/or virtual training sessions, ensuring participants’ comprehension and application of knowledge. Develop and administer assessments to measure training effectiveness and participants’ learning levels. Provide support and follow-up to employees during and after training processes. Stay current on best practices in Salesforce and other relevant operational tools to integrate new functionalities into training programs. Availability for occasional travel to different locations or to deliver field-based training. Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of verifiable experience as an instructor, trainer, or similar role in operational environments. Technical Knowledge: Solid experience using and administering the Salesforce platform. Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Skills: Proven ability to create engaging and functional instructional materials. Ability to design and administer knowledge and performance assessments. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proactivity, organization, and capacity for autonomous work. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to staff development. Availability: Flexibility to travel as required by the position.
