Quality assurance and deadline compliance We are looking for: An IT PMO for our IT department Responsibilities: Supervise IT project management. Administer and optimize the authorized budget for your department, requesting approval for any changes as required. Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to established timelines and budgets. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring goal achievement. Monitor project execution, ensuring alignment with project management best practices. Generate and analyze periodic project status reports, including schedule, cost, quality, and performance metrics.
