Identify customer needs and offer solutions that contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Manage sales opportunities and placement of financial products during interactions. Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems. Follow up on requests, clarifications, and requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in banking customer service (ATC). Experience handling files and documentation. CRM and email management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
