




**Main Responsibilities** **1. General Accounting** Record and classify all accounting transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, transfers, etc.) in the system. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring their reconciliation and continuous updating. Maintain up-to-date accounting books and financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). Verify that all invoices and tax documents comply with current legal regulations. Perform bank reconciliations and review monthly financial transactions. **2. Inventory Control** Coordinate the accounting recording of inventory inflows, outflows, losses, and adjustments. Compare physical inventory against book inventory, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Analyze product turnover to identify overstock or stock shortages. Correctly apply inventory valuation methods (FIFO, weighted average, etc.). Support the execution of internal inventory audits. **3. Financial Analysis and Reporting** Prepare periodic financial reports for management (profits, expenses, profit margins). Analyze profitability by department, product, or project. Identify financial leaks, accounting errors, or budgetary deviations. Present comparative reports against prior periods, highlighting significant variances. Propose improvements to accounting or internal control processes. **4. Financial Planning and Advisory** Support financial planning and budget preparation. Advise management on cost-saving, reinvestment, or expense-control strategies. Stay updated on changes in tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Promote transparency, formality, and compliance across all financial processes. **5. Payment and Tax Management** Supervise and record supplier payments via checks, wire transfers, or electronic banking. Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered. **6. Auditing and Internal Control** Support and coordinate internal or external audits in areas such as inventory, credit, and collections. Maintain up-to-date fixed asset and depreciation reports. Maintain control over accounting files and supporting documentation. Prepare specific reports on collections management, overdue accounts, and financial results.
