Staff support and improvement proposals General Description Responsible for the calculation, validation, and monitoring of commission schemes for commercial and operational areas. Ensures correct application of internal policies, achievement of targets, and payment transparency. Collaborates with departments such as sales, payroll, and finance to guarantee data accuracy and staff satisfaction. Main Activities Monthly commission calculation in accordance with current policies. Validation of achieved targets and KPIs. Generation of reports for commercial areas and management. Coordination with payroll for accurate payment disbursement. Handling staff inquiries and clarifications regarding commissions. Proposal of improvements to incentive schemes. Support during internal and external audits. Academic Qualifications Relevant fields: Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering. Education level: Bachelor’s degree (graduated or final-year student). Desirable certifications: Advanced Excel, Power BI, payroll system proficiency, data analysis. Work Experience Areas: Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Administration. Sectors: Corporate, retail, services, telecommunications. Years of experience: 2–3 years in similar roles.
