About the Position: • Responsible for recovering delinquent accounts with high levels of overdue balances. • Designing and executing efficient collection routes. • Negotiating payment agreements using a consultative and formal approach. • Prioritizing recovery of high-value accounts. • Conducting in-person collections using effective strategies. Responsibilities: • Perform in-person collections. • Provide personalized follow-up and support to clients with overdue accounts. • Establish telephone and in-person contact to negotiate payment agreements. • Generate payment commitments aligned with each member’s level of arrears. • Maintain a formal, consultative, and results-oriented approach in every interaction. What We Offer: • Base monthly gross salary: $9,451.20. • Excellent commission structure. • Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. • Guaranteed monthly bonus of $8,000 for the first two months. • Up to $28,500 in additional commissions (you participate starting on your first day). • Monthly gasoline allowance of $1,500 or more. • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. • Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. • One rest day. • Access to Total Pass for your wellness and recreation. • 100% paid training. • Monthly food vouchers (8% of salary). • Savings fund: 13% (at CMV, we match your savings dollar for dollar). • (You choose when to withdraw your savings every 6 or 12 months) • 30 days’ year-end bonus starting from your first year.
