Coordination for alert response and follow-up Job Description A company in the construction/real estate sector is seeking a CCTV Operator to join its Asset Security Department, with a focus on real-time monitoring and supervision of construction sites, projects, and strategic areas, ensuring timely incident detection and compliance with security protocols. Main Responsibilities Monitor in real time the video surveillance cameras installed at construction sites, access points, projects, and strategic areas. Immediately detect, analyze, and report any anomalies, suspicious behavior, unsafe acts, operational failures, or relevant incidents. Accurately record events in the electronic logbook, including date, time, location, camera, and type of incident. Coordinate with zone supervisors and site managers for proper alert response and follow-up. Verify proper operation of CCTV equipment and report technical failures, disconnections, or anomalies. Strictly comply with reaction, response, and escalation protocols defined by the Asset Security Management. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding monitored images, information, and events. Participate in training sessions, drills, and continuous improvement activities for the department. Competencies and Skills High level of concentration and visual focus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in CCTV monitoring, control centers, or video surveillance. Availability: Rotating 12x12 or 24x24 shifts, including weekends and holidays. Desirable Knowledge: Proficiency with video surveillance platforms (Hikvision, Dahua, Eagle Eye, Milestone). Asset security and loss prevention. Incident response protocols and use of digital logbooks. Emergency response. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Clear report and documentation writing skills. Basic interpretation of floor plans and camera layouts. General knowledge of technical-operational equipment.
