Positive, proactive attitude and decision-making ability We are currently looking for an **Operations Supervisor** in the field of **Private Security**, with experience managing high-turnover teams, **supervising over 200 people**, experience in **Asset Security**, and accustomed to working **under performance-based targets and pressure**. The professional we seek must be available for **full-time employment**, with experience in service-oriented companies and problem resolution; academically, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field is required, along with the ability to regularly submit reports to superiors, **excellent diction**, and strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of making decisions, managing personnel, and improving workplace morale; you must also be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are performed effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
