Customer service and problem resolution **Job Description:** Track units via GPS platform. Respond to events and react to situations such as theft, panic, etc. Perform administrative tasks arising from this position. Answer calls, follow up on customer inquiries and requests. Resolve problems. Activate security protocols. Knowledge of local routes. Identify high-risk locations where organized crime operates. Ability to set up geofences and familiarity with satellite platforms. Implement emergency response protocols. Send unit status updates via email and WhatsApp. Record services in internal systems.
