Requirements: Technical degree or degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering. Flexible availability of schedule. Minimum 3 years of experience performing major repairs in automotive mechanical workshops. Responsibility, proactivity, and initiative; attention to detail. Continuous desire for self-improvement and motivation toward work. No issues accepting instructions from immediate supervisors. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: **Performs work as defined in the repair order, efficiently and accurately.** Communicates with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts for vehicle repair. **Immediately communicates with the Service Advisor if additional work is required, if the originally assigned work is unnecessary, or if the repair cannot be completed within the promised timeframe.** Documents all work performed and provides recommendations on the repair order. **Keeps Stellantis service actions and new technology updates current.** Conducts business transactions ethically and professionally. **Completes FCA technical training courses to enhance technical knowledge and maintain certification.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free uniforms Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * General maintenance: 2 years (Required) * Mechanics: 2 years (Required) Work location: Onsite
