**Group Credit Financial Advisor** Work Area: Cancún **Requirements:** * Completed high school / Completed secondary education * Experience in sales or microcredit. * Promote financial inclusion products and services within the communities of your area of influence. * Ensure timely repayment of group loans by promoting joint liability among members during weekly field recovery meetings, to maintain a loan portfolio with no delinquency rates. * Execute collection strategies defined by management to maintain a pace that enables achievement of established targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Credit promotion * Credit disbursement * Portfolio recovery * Credit renewals * Management of group loans. * Proficiency in Office suite software.
